Rana Cho NCPT, CFNC

I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) who understands the profound benefits of Pilates. I am comprehensively trained on all versions of Pilates from mat work, that requires no equipment, to all of the apparatus Joseph Pilates invented. I love instructing privately with clients ensuring the exercises you are doing are prefect for your body. No two bodies are alike and Pilates can be tailored to every bodies specific needs. Anyone can benefit from adding this exercise to their routine!

I found Pilates during my own physical therapy following a lumbar fusion in 2017. It changed my rehab so much that I decided to become an instructor. I understand chronic pain, injury, surgery and the saving grace Pilates offers. I know how to help you stay safe, get strong and get back to your best.

I am passionate about impacting peoples physical health through Pilates.

I am also a fully trained, licensed and insured Pilates equipment maintenance technician. I service the greater Dallas - Fort Worth (DFW) area. Zoom and FaceTime are also available to help the DIY person. If you have a need for Pilates equipment maintenance, assembly, repair or need to learn about proper care and cleaning I can help!

Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC)

Adding Functional Nutrition Counseling is a result of listening to my clients and personal struggles. Over the years, I have heard many questions and concerns about specific health issues, and I felt compelled to help. At 42, peri-menopause hit me hard, like a ton of bricks. I gained 40 pounds out of nowhere and could not shake it. I had insomnia. Once I had a whole month of not getting more than 2-4 hours of sleep at night. Hot flashes, irritability that made ME blush. You name it, I was on a really rough ride. I began a journey that ultimately led me to getting this additional certification. A gentle suggestion by one of my clients, who has Hashimoto’s, was the final push to get me to sign up for the ten month program. I am so glad she gave me that little push. Becoming a CFNC has helped me tremendously. Today, I am much more of the happy lady I used to be. Most of my sypmtoms are now non-existent and the weight is finally starting to melt away. Now I have a vast understanding of the body as one whole system. It matters to know how everything works together. That is the difference a functional view makes.

Understanding how your body functions optimally and working on the lifestyle choices that support that function allows a great diet, good supplements, and BHRT to work. If your system is not working as it is supposed to, those efforts can be wasted. Whether you are stuggling with some issues or you simply need to fine tune your health, I would love to help you craft your health journey.
